RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Sweet potato so healthy you can give it every day to the child because it is highly rich and iron and other nutrients and really liked by kids you can actually make it more flavourful by adding a pinch of black pepper salt and even lemon into that
