Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. From 6 month onwards start semi solid foods along with milk . As baby is 150 days means nearer to 5 complete months you can start semi solids fruit and vegetable puriees,mashes,porridges,cerelac but check suitability of new food items before introducing .
