Q.

can i feed my 2 months and 22 days baby with both breast milk and the formula milk call nan or similac...as i am a working woman my maternity leave is going to end soon...plzz help with solution

A. Yeah definitely. Breastmilk is always good for your baby. But yeah at tieos you can also give formula duirng work hours also breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. This is still beneficial.
