Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies andd lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes.
Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you can shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

Yes absolutely if you want to go ahead with that you can but don’t stress give it to the child in the nighttime 1st to make sure that a child is accepting it properly without any vomiting or in digestion issues during the daytime and if your child is successfully able to digest milk during the daytime then you can go for the nighttime otherwise sometimes kids cannot digest it out immediately so I am just trying to save you that
