Can I feed cow milk to my 4 months baby?

Hey It is not recommended actually to start with any kind of animal milk for the child before the age of 12 months which is why I am going to advise you to start it after the age of 12 months so as of now if your loan breastfeeding then you please start with formula feeding but no animal milk
