can I feed cow or Buffalo's milk to my 4 months old baby

A. hello cows milk or bufallo milk should not be given till the baby complete ine year and incase the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug but no ither milk till the baby complete a year as it cNNOT DIGEST
