POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a little. Till then breastmilk or formula milk should be the only food. Keep giving it in every 3-4 hours and that should include atleast 2 times night feed too.
