can I feed beetroot to my baby??

A. Yes, dear mum, you can surely feed beet root to your baby. You should also include other seasonal vegetables like carrot, sweet potato and green leafy vegetables like spinach, rajgira leaves.

A. Hi, yes you can give beet root. Slightly steam it and make it purée and you can feed. All the vegetable need to be steamed and made purée and fed. fruits like apple and peers need to be sitting and the rest of the fruits can give directly made Purée. Avoid citric fruits until Baby completes one year and avoid salt, sugar, honey, dry fruits, pour milk until one year. Make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid food and always feed semisolid food in sitting position.Write Your Answer Here
