ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, avoid at this age.. no benifit. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months,

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes

Till then the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
