You should avoid it for initial 40 to 60 days because it does have MSG which is not advisable to be consumed during the time of lactation so after 40 to 60 days if you would want to have it you can have it but avoid having MSG in the food you can tell the restaurant not to put it and if you’re getting it done at home then there is no problem
