can i drink psyllium husk? I am a breastfeeding mother,is there any side effect?

A. Hi, Yes! You can. It is really good and helps in dealing with constipation problem. It would not affect your baby . It is full of fiber. Have it in night with warm milk or water. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively.
