can I drink buttermilk my baby is 3 month old(Boy baby). so it's affect to my baby or not

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem you can take buttermilk for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
