can I drink a tea during breastfeeding.

A. yes, one cup of tea can drink per day. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. lots of fluids n fresh fruits

A. hi dear You may still drink coffee or tea when breastfeeding. ​However, keep to 2 cups of either coffee or tea per day. Caffeine has been shown to pass through breast milk and may interfere with your baby's sleep.
