Q.
can I consider cerelac alone as a breakfast/Lunch/dinner for my 16 months babies or should I give additional food to this to complete their meal? I generally give them 4 to 5 spoons of cerelac P.S : They are totally fuzzy eaters.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear...try to avoid packaged food for the baby...give homemade three proper meals to the little one...include seasonal fruits and veges...curd paneer butter ghee and cheese can be added to the baby's diet...powdered form of dryfruits can also be added to their diet
