Hello ma’am You can give porridge oats ragi for breakfast for lunch you can give Dal rice or Khichdi and for dinner you can give Roti sabji whatever you are making for yourself at home basically you can join it into a mixture and give it to your child that way so try to give different variety to your child all three times in a day
