can I check why these white patches are on my baby face..with some pimples..any suggestions

Usually white patches are associated with dryness deficiency and a lot of time due to fungal infection or worms in the tummy so it is going to be good if you take assistance with your doctor for confirmation that you know exactly what is the reason behind and accordingly the doctor can suggest you the treatment as well
