Yes you can feed your baby within a gap of 5 to 10 minutes it is totally safe to eat curd and rice while being a breastfeeding mother so there is nothing to worry about. You just have to maintain a proper died while being a lactating mother because babies overall growth in weight gain depends on Mother’s Diet
