ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can take if having stomach upset and also as a home remedy take one spoon Isbgol in two spoon of curd twice a day and make sure don’t take it with water and have lemon tea and have coconut water nimbu paani khichdi curd rice
