can I add pinch of salt for 8month baby food?

A. it's good to avoid.. .as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg.

You should add proper salt into the food that you are offering to the child because I like to tell you that sugar is something that you should not be adding but if you will not even add salt to taste in your child is actually not going to develop proper food habits going to be trouble some for you to feed the food which is why it would be good enough if you can go ahead with adding salt in the appropriate amount in the phoneWrite Your Answer Here
