Can i add little sugar in yogurt for my 7 months old baby otherwise he refused to have it?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. better to avoid sugar in curd.. and till 1 year of age. Sweetening of food/porridges are not recommended because it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change.
