A. no, do not add salt in 8 month of baby's food. Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load.

A. As per my Pediatrician, Yes! A little bit of salt in baby food for a taste is fine. I myself add little bit of salt taste to my eight months old baby's food.

A. Hello dear parent! Salt and sugar will reduce food assimilation. Therefore, not advisable before one year completion. Let your baby understand natural tastes and flavours. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
