Can I add jaggery to the food that I offer to my baby??

A. your baby is 6 month, it's good to add jaggery after 8 month. not now, Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.

A. hello yes you can add jaggery to milk which should be safe not a problem.. jaggery is rich in iron and you may use it as a sweetner while you prepare baby food which should be safe and not a problem and is good to be give for the baby also not a problem
