Q.

Can I add cashew and almond fried nuts powder in his porridge? if yes, then should I get it only in day time or can be given for dinner as well?

A. hello dear good morning yes you can add powdered nuts to it any time it is nothing like morning or night. Use the almonds over night soaked so that the there is no interaction of nutrients.

A. 6-8 MONTHS GIVE: PUREED, BLENDED AND STRAINED FOODS. Cereals : Ragi, Rice, Suji Proteins: Soft Dal (Moong Dhuli, Masoor, Moong Chilka), Khichdi, Peas Fruits: Banana, Apples, Pear, Papaya, Cheeku Vegetables: Carrots, Beetroots, Ghia, Sweet Potato, Tori, Potato, Tomato Dairy: Full Fat curd (home made), Paneer Puree two vegetables or fruits together. E.g. Apple and pear– cooked and pureed together, Carrot with potato etc. Examples: Ragi porridge, Suji Kheer, Rice Kheer, Khichdi, Stewed Fruits, Curd, Veg. Puree, Mashed Potato with tomato juice, Blended dal, Custard 8-10 MONTHS GIVE: THICKER TEXTURE, WHEAT Cereals: Rice, Ragi, Wheat, Suji Proteins: Dal, White chana Fruits: Papaya, Grapes, Melons, Pear, Banana, Citrus Fruits Vegetables: Carrots, Beetroots, Ghia, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Cauliflower, Tomato Dairy: Curd, Cheese, Paneer Examples: Sooji/ Atta/ Ragi Halwa, Blended dal, Fruit Juice, Mashed Vegetables, Khichdi(with veg), Soft cooked Rice, Sabudana Kheer

A. Hello and good morning, yes definitely we can go ahead and add dry fruits to the porridge and give to the child but it should be given only in the morning time because it is heavy to digest
