You can give besan chilla with other vegetables grated on it
Besan is safe make sure u sieve it before using in case if have any bugs

Yes you can give it to the child but you know a lot of people had a lot of sugar into it so since you are giving it to the child please make sure that you are using moderate sugar and sweetness into the do that you are making so there is no harm that it’s very healthy
