can formula milk increases the baby's weight

A. Dear mum, formula milk contains sugar, so it does increase your baby’s weight. But, it is not a healthy way to increase weight. The most healthy way to increase your baby’s weight is to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. You should avoid giving formula.
