Can breastmilk cause infection to babies?

A. no dear mum breastmilk does not cause infection to baby infact breastmilk is rich in antibodies and helps to strengthen immunity and fights infection it is most nutritious and complete food for baby

A. No ya why? are you taking any medication and then feeding? my sister in law had to take medicines for her skin related issue so she stopped breast feeding after 2 months and supplemented with formula milk, her paediatrician gave Aptamil Gold Stage 1 for the baby till 6 months, and she took started giving bm after she was completely cured. consult doctor if you have any doubts.
