Can breastfeeding mother take calcirol sachet once a week for vitamin D deficiency?

A. Yes can be taken as it’s important to fulfill the calcium and Vitamin D deficiency and include ragi in your diet and expose yourself to sunlight daily take care and stay safe

A. hello she can take it if adcised by your doctor and please note that breast-feeding mom is usually adcised to take calcium supplements so it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
