can breast feeding mom add proteinex powder to milk??does it shows any effect on baby's digestion??

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Please do not take artificial protein supplements. It is not recommended. U can instead take protein rich diet. A bowl of fruits and vegetables in diet.A fist size dry fruits everyday helps.
