Can baby moves close to vagina in 25th week?

If Have a really low lying placenta then yes it could be a little low but not almost all close to vagina if you are feeling any of these things you should immediately get a check with your gynaecologist because it is better that you have a clarity about this issue because 25 weeks is too early
