U can use neem oil mixed with camphor in your liquid machines ( good night or all out); or use the mixture in the oil lamps. Use mosquito net to cover the baby while sleeping.
There are patches & sprays available to be used on baby clothes or spray around them to prevent mosquitoes. They are kid friendly. Although avoid sprays for very small babies.
You can even check the patches online. Best ones are surette.

Cover your windows with nets ( you can keep your windows open without the fear of mosquito entry ) and get a mosquito net for your bed as well. If baby sleep separately then get one for the baby also. This the most effective and safest method to avoid mosquitoes
