can anyone suggest food items which increase in weight?

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years 8 months old child, the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg. vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts and dry fruits. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods.
