Can anyone please share what should be included in the diet of 30 year old women to stay fit and healthy..The fruit or dry fruit that keeps you active and also good skin hair .

A. Hello parents,good evening Take well balanced nutritional vitamin rich diet which is vitamin rich.add some seasonal fruit as well as seasonal vegetables in diet.fruit juice as well as fruit juices will be also help.take dry fruits
