Q.

can anyone help me with arnica drops dosage?? my baby fell on floor and I need to give him as a little swelling is there..

A. arnica 2 drops diluted twice daily for 5 days, and rub thrombob gel as well

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a chcfild should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

At This is the dosage is going to be too a mail for any medicine or whether it is a painkiller or it is an anti-allergic or anything so as of now you can give this medicine but before you give the medicine would advise you to consult your doctor and on the swelling area you can rub ice cube that will going to help in reducing down the swelling and pain
