Can anybody help to understand what this on baby face is it fungal infection?

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl16 hours agoA. Atogla Cream you can apply continuously 3 to 4 times in the day I think it is just a rash so you can apply this cream and it is not looking like a fungal infection at all but if you want you can consult your doctor for further assistance
