8 AM-plain ragi porridge
11 AM-any fruit purée
1 PM-rice and dal porridge
4 PM-any Vegetable purée
7 PM-plain Upma, Kheer, Idli smashed. Always start with small quantity and gradually increase half a teaspoon or 1 tablespoon month by month or week by week depending on the babies intake. Always feed in sitting position. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
