gradually give blends of rice dal
add vegetables
mashed potatoes
mashed bananas
avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age

Start giving small quantities of semi solids like ragi, homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, carrot purée, daal or chaaval paani to your baby. Give sips of water in between meals. Start with one nee food at a time. Continue breastfeeding.
