Can A to Z multi vitamin cause yellow urine in kid.. today I observed him peeing yellow urine.. not sure if it’s due to dehydration or A to Z syrup.. he is active and he don’t seem to have any discomfort.. since morning he has peed for about 5 times though quantity is less( recently quantity has decreased may be due to wether) I live in Bangalore

A. it seems to be comfortable and it was only once at a time that you noticed that it was yellow colour otherwise whenever the baby was passing urine it was natural so need to be worried about it is ok
