can a general doctor identify pregnancy before a week of missed period . I'm having increased body temperature ,cramps and tiredness . my daily routine is disturbed because of this

Also I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
