#AskTheExpert I m mother of 9 months baby girl. I m going through a lot of hairfall issue and period cramps before period. My pre pregnancy weight was 60kg and now after pregnancy its 59 kg . Is it normal?? Means I reduced weight without any diet

A. lot of hair fall strt with Mama Earth anti hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo conditioner and mask cramps before period is common.. if severe visit the doctor... take care take rest keep yourself well hydrated
