Yes lactating women can take vaccine from now on as yesterday health minestry has issued the guidelines for it so you now lactating mothers can take the jab
Just make sure u had good sleep, well hydrated before the vaccine to reduce the side effect

as per government of India,it is not recommended to nursing mothers.
so please avoid .
wait for new guidelines
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
