A. hi dear mom.. a lactating mom.can take anything and everything in moderation..no food restrictions as such ....only moderation is the key....baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months..try Babyhug products..they have wide range if products for both mom and baby.

Q. #AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my kid is now 2 years 6 months old. On a daily basis, we give him Jeera water. He consumes more of Jeera water than the normal water. I have heard from few people that Jeera water at this level shouldn't be given to a boy kid. Is that so? Please suggest. Also, can we give him black grapes on a daily basis as he likes it. Again it's said that boy kid shouldn't consume much.
