ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, not at all. you should avoid giving any sort of janam ghutti to your baby. these are unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
