Can 3.5 years old baby sleep in prop up position because he has post nasal dip

A. Yes I don’t think so it’s a problem ultimately by the end of the time it is going to be completely dependent how comfortable your child is sleeping in a particular position and if your child is comfortable and not feeling any discomfort than that completely alright
