can 10 month old baby have oats everyday?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should avoid giving oats to your 10 months old baby. Oats is heavy, so fills baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food. Oats can be given after 2 years.

shashiMom of a 1 yr 11 m old boy4 hours agoA. Yes you can but try some different food items also like makhana kheer(dry roast makhana with some dry fruits, grind them and make powder then add milk or water and meal is ready to serve) or messed banana.they are also good for baby growth..
