Q.

Calories per day required approximate 1000 to 1200 calories. Iron, vitamin d, fat, protein, grains etc., these are important food menu daily. Cooked chicken, fish gives good amount of protein. Dairy milk, yogurt, ghee easily digestable healthy food. Nutrients needed for a healthy and having energy. Fibre also can be added, which move the mood fast in stomach.

A. Yes this is how you can proceeded with no problem with that actually mentioned it very well so you can go ahead with whatever you are mentioning but five liquids are equally important to be given to the child in the diet
