By mistake given paracetamol fenapil drops of 0.5 ml for over a week instead of vitamin d3, will it affect a baby. baby is 2 months 6 days old now

A. It can basically because you’re supposed to give five drops of the medicine in the first place in your approximately giving 10 drops and even if it is 0.5 ML as a correct dosage you’ve given this maybe twice in a day for a week that’s not this because you were actually given paracetamol to have side-effect but it can be very difficult to say right now
