By had fever for last 2 days

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever,regarding this further you can dicuss with the doctor if any more queries or doubts are there to be cleabvred . He will give you all the explacnation and advise as needed.
