meri baby ko same problem hui  fever k liye calpol 120 di three times a day and two din me theek ho gyi and for cold and cough R9 ye homeopathic h agr chest me bulgum h to antim tart 30 and hepar sulph 30 1 drop direct on spoon twice a day on both alternate with 4 time R9 5 drop on a spoon of water

This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combinaxtion and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.d
Give warm water to drink.  z
