Q.

by birth my child was 2.6 weight, now she is 4months old, her weight is 5.1.is she is healthy or weak

A. dear mum, weight of 5.1 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.6 kg. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

A. good morning the child would be considered healthy the child should gain 400 to 500 grams per month to be considered as healthy which you are baby was able to do so you don't need to worry
