by birth my baby have digestion issues even in normal days means without loose motion he poooos 3-4 times a day all test are normal n after 3&4 poops his every poop stinks

A. yes it s nromal. As per this now for what you have mentioned there is for now no need to worry about this as it is seeming to be a normal thing and so there is no need to worry about this at all for this .
